It may take a little while for your verification email to arrive. Usually it is immediate, but please allow up to 24 hours. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check any spam/junk filters than may be set up on the account before contacting us.
If you don't receive it within reasonable time, you can request a resend using the relevant option in the accounts panel.
