InterACT is a 44 week, fully mentored training programme that will include an active placement with one or more professional theatre companies, some in the northern region and some throughout Britain. Trainees will also have the opportunity to increase their skills base through master classes with a range of renowned practitioners.
The InterACT scheme has been a wonderful project to work on; we have trained 59 students since the course began and over 88% are still working in the business. As of 31 March 2012 Arts Council England will cease to fund InterACT and the project will no longer exist in its current format. A huge thank you to everyone who has been involved.

Love, Life, Longing and Laughter
This March we are touring a production of 4 short half-hour new plays by Northern writers, using the same 6 actors in each.
The plays are all very different: funny and lighthearted - dark and mysterious - empowering and uplifting - raunchy and rather rude!
